It needs logistics that keep queues moving and servers who are polite to your neighbours. I manage the setup and the service, so you can actually enjoy the event. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A glimpse from a Satsang I catered at Oberoi Splendour. My team uses a specific layout to ensure the live counters for hot jalebis or pav bhaji stay separate from the main course, which prevents crowding and keeps the line moving. I always insist on using traditional copper vessels even for large crowds because the food stays warm longer, and it looks much better than standard hotel chafing dishes. ### Why Community Events Need a Different Approach Feeding 200 or more people at a society gathering, satsang, or Republic Day celebration is very different from a private dinner. You need staff who are trained to handle crowds with patience, and you need a menu that remains fresh and hot even after the first hour of service. My team is specifically trained for these high-volume settings. We understand the specific rhythm of a society event, from the morning prayer meetings to the evening cultural festivals. We handle everything: the heavy lifting, the cleanup, and the management of disposables, so you are not left with a mess in your community hall. ### Our Menu for Festivals and Gatherings Whether it is a Maharashtrian cultural event requiring ukdiche modak or a Sindhi celebration needing authentic dal pakwan, I focus on what makes the event feel like home. We specialize in: - **Satvik Options:** No onion, no garlic menus designed specifically for pujas and satsangs. - **Live Counters:** We set up live stations for hot jalebis, pav bhaji, or chaat that add energy to the event. - **Custom Portioning:** I help you calculate the guest count accurately, so you do not waste money on excess food while ensuring no one goes hungry. ### Hygiene and Presentation Even in a busy society hall or an outdoor tent, we maintain our 70-year standard for hygiene. All our staff wear uniforms and gloves. We bring our own serving ware, including our signature copper and brass handis, which elevates the presentation regardless of the venue. We are not just dropping off food; we are ensuring the service is as warm as the meal itself. ## About Radha Caterer I grew up around the smell of simmering Dal Pakwan and the sound of family members chatting in our kitchen, so I understand that community events are about connection. My team and I treat every society function or festival like our own family gathering, ensuring the service is respectful and the food is consistent. We handle the logistics, so you do not have to worry about a thing.
